Jorge Nájera describes his design approach as follows:
- "I love dynamism understood as the ability of been multifunctional; I pursuit magical and surprising performance, ... to design means for me to provoke amazement with unique forms and functions...”
He was born in Mexico City, after obtaining his degree as Mechanical Engineer he comes to live in Milan here he obtains a Master Degree in design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design. He works from 1997 to 2003 at Denis Santachiara Design Office. In 2004 he establish Jorge Najera design and start collaborating with some companies such as Slidedesign, ILS Collection, ITF design, etc. He is interested on new technologies and in using materials, techniques and technologies existing in other productive sectors. He is keen of technological artficiality and pretence.
